Those who know me know I am a huuuuge breakfast monster. Whenever I order breakfast I order so many items I have to roll out of the diner.
Here is what I had for breakfast:

Whole Wheat Pancakes with Walnuts and Bananas

I based my pancakes on this recipe with some modifications :)
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp of melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts (i toasted them ahead of time so they are nice and crunchy :))
1 banana sliced (i stacked most of it on the pancake after i took the shot)
I thought this recipes made my pancakes like thick, sweet, moist wheat bread (which I didn't think was possible). I am eating it as I post :9
